What it is

ProtoModule is built around four moments. Each one is a sentence you might actually say.
"Show me on the big screen." Your agent streams charts, diffs, logs, and diagrams to the TV in real time. You lean back and watch the work happen.
"How's my Mission going?" For large, multi-session work, your agent runs a plan and the TV shows a Mission Board. Progress, current task, blockers, all at a glance.
What we are not
It helps to be clear about what ProtoModule is not.
- Not a streaming stick. Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV — not competition. We don't do content apps.
- Not a smart display. Echo Show, Nest Hub — too small. This is the biggest screen in the home.
- Not a surveillance device. Local-first by default. Your data stays on the stick.
- Not a walled garden. MCP is open. Your agent, your tools, your choice.
- Not a subscription trap. Hardware-only. No required fees.
- Not a new computer. ProtoModule is a stick that reuses the TV you already own. No new desktop, no new tablet, no second laptop.
- Not a video-calling device. Not yet. The sticks don't talk to each other today. That's on the roadmap, not in the box.
